FHisJ for histine

Pre-made plasmids expressing FHisJ, a series of ratiometric, highly responsive, and single fluorescent protein-based histidine sensors of wide dynamic range.  FHisJ has been validated to measure subcellular localization and transport of histidine in mammalian cells.
